In 2006 Reece took his first step into the world of food quickly falling head over heels with cooking and food this is when he decided that cooking would be his career.
Over the past 11 years he has honed his culinary skills working across all sectors of the hospitality industry including pubs, clubs, restaurants and catering where he has thrived in each and every role, starting as a young Kitchen Hand at the tender age of 14, working his way up to Executive Chef for a multi award winning caterer.
Reece loves every aspect of food and he prides himself of serving fresh and vibrant food to all of his clients.

In 2010 when Ashleigh and Reece met she was immediately thrown into the world of food quickly becoming his right-hand women taking on the role of chief dish taster and all rounder in the kitchen.
Though Ashleigh has a huge love and appreciation for all things food her true passion lies in the books.
